4. Skill upgradation:  AI ke sath work karke log naye tools & Technology bhi seekh rhe hai. Hamari 100% yaha nahi kaha skate ki ye jobs le rha hai, balki ye skills ko upgrade or smart bana rha hai

1. Job insecurity: Smart technology (automation) ke badte youth ke man ma ek bada sawal paida hua ki kya AI Hamari jobs le lega. The main reason is that AI is a very fast, furious, and non-stop working technology. Result ye hua ki logo ko job insecurity ho gayi
   
2. Missing human touch (emotionless): AI machines kitni bhi smart ho jaye, lekin wo rahegi toh emotionless hi. Isi karan fields jese (teaching, art, music, counseling) mai AI ki capability kam ho rahi hai.
3. Too much dependence: AI ke badte use ko dekhtey se huaman technology AI ke uper jada depend hora hai jisse humans ki critical thinking weak pad rahi hai aur humans lazy bhi ho rahe hain.

   Costly setup: AI ko implement ya install karna easy or sasta process nahi hai inko setup karne ke
   liye fast/high-end hardware, fast processors & data storage system ki need hoti hai. Uper se AI ko train karne ke liye alag se experts hire karne padte hai. Isi karna se badi companies AI ka ache se use kar paa rahi hai aur choti industries isko easily access nhi kar pati

• AI ek tool hai aur tool tabhi powerful hota hai jab usko handle karna wala insaan intelligent ho. Agar ham AI ko samajh kar use kare toh ye hamari skills aur creativity ko ek achha standard dega (overdependent nahi hona hai).
